solutions

Four utility types. One operations platform.

Each medium has its own registers, alarms, meter models, communications behaviours and regulatory requirements. smoc.cloud models these differences explicitly through configurable device and meter models, supporting multiple manufacturers, firmware variants and DLMS/COSEM Generic Companion Profiles (GCPs). This allows diverse electricity, gas, water and heat metering estates to be managed consistently from the same operational screen, using a common KPI catalogue and a unified audit trail.

solutions / electricity

Phase-aware metering down to the DLMS register.

Electricity estates carry the most protocol depth. smoc.cloud models single-phase, three-phase and CT/VT metering explicitly and reads the real DLMS/COSEM object model — so power-quality events, billing registers and load profiles arrive as what they are, not as a flattened 'reading'.

  • Load profiles, daily reads and monthly billing registers by OBIS code
  • Power quality: voltage per phase, sags, swells, outage events
  • Tamper and cover-open detection with automatic case creation
  • Firmware campaigns across mixed-vendor fleets
  • Outage detection and last-gasp handling

Most of our conversations start with a mixed estate. Tell us which utility types you operate and we'll tailor the demo.
